Instrumental Solutions, Inc., is a non profit-corporation located in Chester County, PA. "IS" was formed to provide children in the Delaware Valley with an instrumental music experience, and also to help build music programs in schools. We do this by providing instruments to financially qualified children, free of charge, to use in their school music programs. Please note: We do not rent instruments - we give them to qualified families!

Music programs are essential to the well-rounded education of our students. Studies have shown that students who study music consistently score higher in achievement tests and improve school performance, along with gleaning many other academic, social and aesthetic benefits. IS seeks to get as many students involved with school instrumental music programs as possible.

Instrumental Solutions, Inc. takes applications for instruments via private application or school music programs. All applicants will be checked for financial qualification, as we cannot accomodate every student who may apply. Those most in financial need will be considered first. Yearly evaluations are sent to the students' music teachers, so that we can track the success of our recipients. Currently we are accepting applications from children in Chester, Lancaster, Berks, Montgomery and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania.

Please note: We do not give money for repair of instruments that do not belong to Instrumental Solutions, Inc. as they are not under our control.

IS accepts donations of all instruments, and all donations are tax-deductible! We can pick them up, or you can bring them directly to our office.
